I tried Penis-Health site about a year ago.It really surprised me the quality of the videos and it is 100% user friendly. My gains were so-so i guess.I did not follow a very determined workout so part of it was my fault but i did manage to gain 0.8 inches in 4 months.
Bottom line : the exercises do work , but if you really want to achieve the best results you have to be focused on your goals.

Penis-Health support team is very bad. I never got a response when i asked why i wasnt gaining what tehy promissed! i started with a 14,6 cm penis and 5 months later i was only 15,8 cm.....not exactly the 6 cm they said u will gain!

With Penis-Health i gained 1,5 inches in 6 months. They have the best site on the web.I am really happy with them and i recommend it to all of u that wanna grow your penis. I did a very tight workout plan and followed it almost every time.The best part is that i don´t do exercises for 4 months now and i still have the extra 1,5 inches. I guess they are permanent.. hope so! ;)

Before i went to penis-health i tried some penis pills ( invigorex) but with no gains. I was preety skeptical but i gave it a try. I started with 5,8 inches and now i have an 7 inch penis. It changed my sex life!No doubt it is a good choice.

This is crap..This did not work to grow penis.I staiyed my size and no gains ! The only way is do by surgery. All of rest is crap
